Sacred Pause Retreat Offers a Day of Renewal
Sacred Pause: Half Day Retreat, organized by 7th Heaven Sound Baths, will take place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., July 11, in Ormond Beach. The five-hour wellness experience brings together sound, movement and reflective practices designed to help participants step away from daily demands and reconnect with a sense of calm. The retreat highlights the role holistic wellness experiences can play in supporting relaxation, mindfulness and personal reflection within the community.
The retreat features Gentle Chair Yoga and Breathwork, Yoga Nidra with sound, an immersive Nature Sound Bath, a private Sound Lounge Experience, Intuitive Card Reading, Journaling and Reflection, and opportunities for meaningful community connection. Participants experience the retreat in a welcoming studio setting that includes zero-gravity chairs designed for comfort during guided sessions. Refreshments and light snacks are included.
7th Heaven Sound Baths offers immersive sound bath experiences that incorporate crystal singing bowls, chimes and acoustic instruments that mimic the sounds of nature. The sessions are designed to encourage deep relaxation and support participants as they enter a meditative state, regardless of previous experience. The business serves individuals seeking stress relief, mindfulness practices and holistic approaches to well-being.
