During a sound bath, the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls and other instruments interact with the body’s energy field. Because sound travels five times faster through water than through air and the human body is composed of nearly 70 percent water, these frequencies deeply penetrate muscles, tissues and organs. Participants often experience reduced stress, improved circulation and a profound sense of calm as their body synchronizes into restorative states.
The studio also offers Vibro-Acoustic Sound Therapy, a non-invasive treatment that uses low-frequency sound waves transmitted through specialized equipment such as the Sound Lounge. These vibrations, typically between 30 and 120 hertz, are felt throughout the body, encouraging circulation and cellular renewal.
DeLuca has completed more than 150 hours of accredited study through the Complementary Medical Association and holds multiple certifications in advanced sound therapy and crystal bowl technique. Her mission is to make sound healing accessible and inviting to everyone regardless of age or ability.
