Health by Design is hosting its Annual Fall into Health Holistic Health Fair from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on October 26, 2024. The Jacksonville-based wellness center invites families and individuals to enjoy a day filled with education, free samples and hands-on experiences. The fair is designed to introduce attendees to holistic health practices, including chiropractic care, kinesiology and functional medicine, with a focus on promoting well-being through natural, non-invasive treatments.

The event will feature a keynote presentation titled Your Body Heals by Dr. Kristy Harvell at 10 a.m., offering insights into the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Health by Design will also provide demonstrations, giveaways and special pricing on services. Local health vendors will be present to showcase their products, offering free samples and expert advice. Attendees can enjoy refreshments, participate in prize drawings and other various event-only specials and pricing.
