Monday Mantras with Megan is a lighthearted and approachable guide to a year of mindfulness intentions and actions in the form of simple practices to help improve one’s physical, emotional and mental health. It can be used to learn the value of one’s experiences, one’s voice, one’s heart, and one’s story.

    Each Monday of 2022, subscribers receive a mantra via email along with companion video or audio content. Subscribers also receive a premium membership to MondayMantrasWithMegan.com, where they can log in to enjoy all previous mantras and weekly video/audio content any time they like.

    Drawing from many disciplines, personal experience, and more than 20 years in the medical profession, Megan Weigel, DNP, ARNP-c, has created a mindfulness program that is as comfortable as having a cup of coffee with a dear friend.

    “The science of mindfulness and meditation tells us wonderful things about their benefits, but so many people either don’t know where to start or don’t start because they think it seems so hard, or they don’t have enough time, or they can’t sit still, or they can’t shut off their brain,” says Weigel, an advanced practice holistic nurse at First Coast Integrative Medicine, in Jacksonville.
