This workshop on breathwork and mantra meditation will explore the power of the breath and how to pair it with a mantra to cultivate deeper awareness in meditation. By becoming more consciously attuned to our breathing, we can access a natural, peaceful, meditative state throughout our daily lives. From this place of calm, we move closer to our inner divinity, gain clarity of purpose, and create the conditions for the mind to be guided by the spirit. We’ll begin with foundational theory on the breath, followed by guided breathwork exercises. From there, we’ll explore the nature of mantras, including how mindful breathing enhances their effectiveness and makes meditation more accessible. You’ll receive a selection of mantras and affirmations to help focus the mind, and we’ll close with a silent meditation to integrate everything we’ve learned and practiced.
