What is ecstatic dance?

Ecstatic dance is an improvisational meditative movement experience that starts in stillness, builds like a wave, and crashes into deep receptive rest. It is an opportunity to be present and embodied, to release stuck energy in the body, and potentially experience the bliss of life force energy flowing unobstructed as healing occurs.

Tenets of Ecstatic Dance:

* The dance floor is a sacred space - no outside shoes

* No talking, speak with your body

* Turn off phones and cameras - be present

* No intoxicants - be clear

* Dance alone or with others but get consent before touching another

* This is a non-judgement zone. Dance as weirdly and wildly as you like - be free!
