Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that will lead you to the deepest level of relaxation. This technique brings your body, mind and soul in direct communion with your energy body. It allows for Prana, Life Energy, to heal areas that need attention. By quieting the thoughts in your mind, you tap into the ability to heal innately. Yoga Nidra has many benefits, several of which being improved sleep, lower blood pressure and lower cholesterol. After a session you will feel rejuvenated and rested, with a deeper understanding of yourself. Please bring a mat, a pillow for your head (one for your knees if you have back problems), and a blanket to cover yourself with. Hope to see you all there!
