Welcoming the rhythms of change, participants of the Flagler and Palm Coast communities will connect with the season’s transformative energy and celebrate the beauty of autumn just before the holiday season in a communal and meditative setting. Doors open at 5:40 p.m., allowing guests to gather and settle into the evening’s peaceful ambiance.

Attendees will start with a grounding meditation, focusing on embracing the present moment and seasonal transitions. The drum circle then moves into rhythmic sessions dedicated to transformation, providing a space for letting go and welcoming the new.
