Starting as a food truck, a food court and now a new sit-down restaurant, Kravegan has found a permanent home at 1520 Hendricks Avenue, in Jacksonville. Latasha Kaiser, co-founder and CEO, and Llewellyn Kaiser, co-founder and CFO, state that the business plan for Kravegan is to make food from scratch, emphasize flavor and create a menu that just happens to be vegan.

The Kravegan name is a play on words combining “crave” with “vegan.” Soul food features prominently on the menu with popular items like meatless ribs, moxtails, mac-n-cheese and collard greens, vegan hoagies, tacos, appetizers and a kids' menu.
